Delete your account and data

You can delete everything in Vettri at any time. In the app it takes less than a minute.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Vettri and go to Me.
  2. Tap Privacy and data, then Delete my account.
  3. Confirm once more. That’s it.

Can’t open the app?

Send us a request and we’ll do it for you. This also works if you only joined the waitlist.

What should we delete?

We’ll email you to confirm it’s you, then delete everything within 30 days.

What happens next

What gets deleted, and when

Deleted right away

  • Your profile and birth details
  • Family members you added
  • Your questions and answers
  • Morning notes and reminders

Gone from backups

  • Backup copies are cleared within 30 days
  • Nothing can be restored after that

What we may keep

  • Records the law asks us to keep
  • Anonymous counts that are not linked to you
  • Never your birth details or questions
