Terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Vettri website, web app and mobile apps. Vettri is made by Ravana Industries (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Vettri, you agree to them.

1. What Vettri is

Vettri gives astrological guidance, worked out from birth details using Vedic astrology: daily ratings, good and go-slow times, a calendar, matching, and answers to your questions. It is offered for reflection and planning.

2. Not professional advice

Vettri is not medical, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and it does not predict events with certainty. Do not use it in place of a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser, and do not delay or skip professional help because of something Vettri says. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Add details of other people only if you have a good reason to, such as family you look after. Do not add details about someone to harass, track or harm them.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Vettri: do not try to break, overload or probe our systems, scrape them at scale, resell the service, use it to break the law, or upload anything unlawful. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

5. Plans, credits and payments

Some features are free. Asking questions uses credits, and some features need a plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you choose. Plan requests are handled as described in the app, and we will tell you how to pay before anything is charged. We may change plans and prices for the future, with notice in the app.

6. Your data

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how you can download or delete it. You can delete your account at any time from the app or on the delete your data page.

7. Our content

The Vettri name, design, software and text belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to use the service, and you may share your own cards and answers. You keep the rights to what you enter.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Vettri running, but it is provided “as is”, and it may be unavailable or change at times. We may update the service or these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app, and by continuing to use Vettri you accept the updated terms.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on Vettri’s guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending

You can stop using Vettri and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
